First set your controls , then set your rates
rate (25000/30000/35000)
cl_updaterate 101
cl_rate (25000/30000/35000)
cl_cmdrate 101
fps_max 101

Then you can set random things

cl_righthand 1
etc.

Just copy old CFG and replace the things and settings you want.
LIKE
Cl_updaterate=101
Cl_rate =900

you know stuff like that.

listen go to cstrike in your cs1.6 then open userconfig after that remake the botoms and all u want to make it like u want then go to the final of cfg make it exex "your cfg name.cfg" then rigister it ..rename it as u want then go to ur cs1.6 right in consol exec "your cfg name.cfg" play and have fun  :D :D :D :D :D :D
